All Bonus Credits carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Credits not utilized or Wagering Requirements not satisfied by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. www.phwin is not obligated to issue reminders regarding bonus expiry.
The www.phwin game library is subject to change without notice. www.phwin reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or temporarily suspend any Game at any time, including for maintenance, provider licensing changes, or regulatory compliance. www.phwin will not be liable for any loss arising from the temporary unavailability or permanent removal of any Game.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software fault, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a Game or transaction on the www.phwin Platform, www.phwin reserves the right to void the affected wager or transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
